hi...juz came back from learning journey to malaysia....which was ok...except for the second dae....when we went forest trekking!!!
first stretch of the trek was a VERY rocky road sloping upwards....we walked for about 300m? then after that came the dangerous part.....it was some steps but they weren't really steps....juz some er....steps....ok fine....made up of tree roots and sand? quite steep.....and the steps are very narrow...then somemore at the left side of the steps is a slope so if u slip on the steps and fall down to the left....SAYONARA!!!!
anyway.....then we climbed up for about 500m then we went for the canopy walk which was quite scary for me cos i was scared of heights.....but the view up there was bloody fantastic....u could see the twin towers from there.....really nice....
oh b4 the trek we went for a presentation which showed us a list of animals we would expect to see in the forest....fantastic!!! they made me scared!! cos some of them were damn ugly la......disgusting.....they said we would expect leeches.....cos it was raining the previous dae.....so the leeches would come out.....and guess wat?? i got bittten!!!HURRAY!!!( sense the strong sacarsm)
DAMN THOSE BLOODSUCKERS!!!!my whole socks was covered in blood!! and the scary part is that i didn't even feel anything!! i juz pulled up my track pants and saw a cut there.....then i was wondering wat it was when i saw my bloody socks.....so i tell teacher lor......then she sae " oh, eur bitten " then i'm like " oh i'm bitten "....... then she ask me to compress the wound to stop the bleeding....
leeches are scary ok?? they cling onto u and bite u with their teeth......then they suck eur blood....when they are full they will juz drop off....but eur wound will continue bleeding.....and if u pluck a leech out when it's still sucking eur blood.....the teeth will stick to u.....and that's damn painful....gotta burn it to make it come off by itself.....lucky when i realised it wasn't there anymore.......3 of us got it.....and i realised all 3 of our blood types were B+......conclusion? leeches love B+ blood!!!
anyway....one of my frens who got it....the leech was still on her when she realised....then she went to flap her track pants.....and the leech came out.....so the teeth was stuck to her leg.....and the blood oozed out......sick......
LJ was fun la.....but adventures are too much for me......hehe.....and also....in malaysia....every place we went to.....like from one place to another.....the bus ride is always at least 1 hr......so all of us were always sleeping in the bus.....i'm missing the bus now!!!!! *sobs* XD
